Accessible information & DDA Compliance
Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa offers a level access, with most public areas being fully accessible.
Bedrooms 41 to 48 have walk in showers and are positioned in the annex of the hotel.
Executive rooms in the main hotel can be found on the ground floor, though please note they do not have any disabled facilities and the bathrooms comprise showers over the bath.

Pre-paid reservations via the Crerar Hotels website and direct with the hotel incur a £2.00 administration charge per transaction.
Business services and internet access
Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the main hotel only. We are still working on signalling for our lodges.
Fax and photocopying services are available: UK fax 20p and international £1.50, photocopying is charged at 10p per sheet.
The standard Crerar Hotels cancellation policy applies at Chevin: cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the day of arrival. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival you will be charged the cost of the first night. If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival you will be charged the full holiday cost.
Exceptions include pre-paid and non-refundable bookings.
Free on-site car parking for up to 125 cars.

Children and families
A limited number of family rooms are available and children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge.
With 44 acres of woodland, children have ample space to run around and play, as well as use of our swimming pool and tennis court.
Currency and credit cards accepted
The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only) and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express).
The hotel is unable to accept personal cheques or travellers cheques.
Advance payment may be made by any of the aforementioned methods or by bank transfer. Please contact the hotel finance department for details.
By opting to pay a service charge you’re helping us build our “Fair Fund”. This is given back to our whole team, and is available for team members’ personal development opportunities.
Dinner is served between 6.30pm and 9.00pm in the Lakeside Restaurant. The hotel serves light bites from 12.00pm to 9pm. Young diners menu is also available.
We are pet friendly and welcome well behaved dogs at Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa; fresh drinking water is available on request. Dogs are welcome in the lodges, reception area Snug Lounge and the grounds of the hotel.
We ask that you clean up after your pet for the care of our other guests in the hotel.
