Administration Charge

Pre-paid reservations via the Crerar Hotels website and direct with the hotel incur a £2.00 administration charge per transaction.

Advance Purchase Offers

Rooms booked on an advance purchase price plan require credit card payment at time of booking and are fully non-refundable and non-transferable. This will be indicated during the booking process in rate plan terms & conditions. All prices are inclusive of VAT and subject to availability.

Arrival and Check-out

Rooms are available from 3.00pm on your arrival date. Please let your chosen hotel know if you are likely to arrive after 9.00pm. You are requested to vacate your room by 11.00am on the day of departure. If you would like to request an early check in or late check out, please speak to a member of the reception team (charges applicable).

Call Charges

Crerar Hotels' central reservations can be contacted on 08430 50 20 20. Calls are chargeable and will vary depending on your mobile or landline provider.

Cancellations

Please refer to the policies section of your chosen rate for cancellation terms. Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate plan booked and are fully details during the booking process and in your confirmation.

Card Payment

Crerar Hotels are pleased to accept payment by debit card and all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Fair Fund

Most of our guests now prefer to pay via debit or credit card including a service charge for great service. To make this easier we have added an automatic service charge - we’ve made it a default 10% and you can change it to any level you wish including no service charge. Our teams have always shared service charge - every penny you might want to give is shared equally by our teams through our “Fair Fund”. There is no administration cost or anything retained by the company, what you may give is guaranteed to go to 100% to our team. Service charge is entirely optional, if you would like us to remove it, you need only ask.

Family Rooms

Family rooms are available at a number of our hotels, some of our hotels also have interconnecting rooms. Please call the reservations team or your chosen hotel directly if you are unable to find a suitable room online, a member of the team will be happy to check availability for you.

Flexible Rates

Prices shown on the website vary and will often be displayed differently, dependent on the price plan; per room, per person or per break. All prices are inclusive of VAT and subject to availability. Meals are included in some rate plans with inclusions/allowances indicated at the time of booking. Flexible rates require a guarantee with a valid credit card with payment on arrival. Terms and conditions, including the cancelation policy, for all bookings are displayed during the online booking process and in your booking confirmation.

Food

We believe greatly in locally sourced ingredients, high quality and seasonal produce for our menus, which means occasionally dishes from our advertised menus may be unavailable. If you have any concerns regarding specific dietary requirements please contact your chosen hotel directly.

Pets

We are pleased to welcome dogs at a charge of £20.00 per dog, per night (maximum 2 dogs per room). Please advise your chosen hotel at the time of booking that you wish to bring your dog and you will be allocated a dog-friendly room. For other kinds of pets, please speak to your chosen hotel directly.

Accessibility

Some of our hotels have rooms that are adapted to be more easily accessible, please note however that not all of our hotels have an elevator. Should you have any specific requirement or concerns regarding accessibility, please contact your chosen hotel directly and the team will be happy to discuss.

Parking

All of our hotels have onsite parking, however, in some cases this is limited due to the location of the property. Where parking is limited the team will be able to direct you to alternate free local parking. The Oban Bay Hotel offer a Valet Parking Service for £25.00 per night(bookable in advance).

Smoking

Crerar Hotels are committed to providing guests with a smoke-free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and event spaces are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outside smoking areas and charges apply for smoking in any other areas of the hotel.

Spa

All guests are required to complete a medical questionnaire prior to treatments and we ask all guests to advise us of any health conditions, allergies, medications or injuries that may affect your choice of spa treatment.

Please contact your chosen Spa directly if you are unsure or would like some guidance. If you do have any medical conditions which may prevent you from having a treatment, please speak to your GP prior to arrival.

Due to health and safety, the minimum age for treatments and use of our thermal spa experience is 16 years.

The management reserve the right to alter any treatment or price at any time without prior notice.

Leisure Membership

Some of our hotels offer leisure memberships - for details please contact your hotel of choice directly. Membership subscriptions may vary from time to time and the operator reserves the right to change pricing and/or withdraw monthly direct debits.

The maximum age for children on a Family Membership is 12 years old, after which an adult membership rates apply. Please contact your hotel of choice for more information on memberships.

Your Personal Details

Your personal details will not be sold on or passed on to any third parties. Your credit card details are encrypted after your booking is confirmed.
