Graham Harrower
Chef Graham’s journey began at 16 in a small kitchen, learning resilience and precision from day one. His philosophy? Simple, quality ingredients—always butter, cream, and salt—create the best flavours. Known for blending comfort food with fine dining, his current favourite dish is Shetland salmon with herb-crushed potatoes. Inspired by mentor Drew Heron and chef Thomas Keller, Graham values meals as a journey, not just sustenance.
