Unfortunately our boutique hotel has no ground floor rooms, however our Lounge has wheelchair access as well as The Glencoe Gathering next door.

We will happily help wheelchair users with access into the hotel. Our team is always on hand to offer assistance when needed.

Please speak to a member of our Glencoe team when checking in or before ordering in our Bistro restaurant regarding your food allergy.

Yes, all our guests have access to our free WiFi throughout the hotel. Fax and photocopying services are available at a charge.

We offer our guests a Standard Cancellation Policy: Please notify us by 2pm one day prior to your arrival. With the exception of pre paid and non refundable bookings.

We have free on-site car parking at the front of our boutique hotel and towards the rear of the Gathering.

If you would prefer an earlier check in time or later check out time, please contact our reception to check availability prior to your stay with us. A supplement may be charged at £10 per hour.

Yes, our boutique Glencoe Inn & Gathering hotel accommodates families. We offer a limited number of family rooms with children up to the age of 3 staying free and children 3 to 12 welcome on a reduced rate. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge.

Our boutique hotel in Glencoe accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only) and through most major credit/debit cards including; Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express, Discover & Diners Club International.  The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques.

Advance payment may be made by any of the aforementioned methods or by bank transfer. Please contact the Glencoe Inn finance department for further details.

Most of our guests now prefer to pay via debit or credit card including a charge for great service . To make this easier we have added an automatic service charge - we’ve made it a default 10% and you can change it to any level you wish including no service charge.

Our teams have always shared service charge and this is no different - every penny you might want to give is shared equally by our teams through our “Fair Fund”. There is no administration cost or anything retained by the company, what you may give is guaranteed to go to 100% to our team.

Service charge is entirely optional, if you would like us to remove it, you need only ask.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the The Glencoe Gathering. Breakfast may be taken between 7.45am and 9.30am. Dinner runs from 6pm - 8pm. The Glencoe Gathering serves food all day, from hot rolls and fresh coffee through to dinner, opening 12pm to 8pm.

Yes, we are a dog friendly boutique hotel in Glencoe and can accommodate two dogs per room. Fresh drinking water is available for your four-legged friend upon request. Dogs are welcome in all guestrooms, the reception area, lounge and the hotel grounds, all we ask is that you clean up after your dog.

In order to clean up the extra dog hairs left behind by your furry friend we charge an additional £25 per dog, per evening.

The Glencoe Inn is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and restaurants are non-smoking.

At the Glencoe Inn & Gathering we do our best to cater to all special dietary requests. Please give us advance notice prior to your stay, to allow us to source any special ingredients to cater to your diet. Vegetarian options are available on request.
