Meet the chef - Noel Escobal
A champion of seasonal, local produce, Noel Escobal leads the culinary team on Mull showcasing the very best of the flavours of the island. Noel brings with him a wealth of experience, having graduated in hotel and restaurant management, beginning his career in a five-star hotel in Manila before moving to the prestigious Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai, and has since worked in many hotels across the UK such as The Ritz London.
