Meet the chef
Inspired by his mother to become a chef, Servillo Fernandes discovered a passion for cooking at an early age and began his professional journey at the Park Hyatt Resort & Spa in Goa. Later, Servillo moved to Dubai, working in various restaurants, including More Cafe and Dubai Mall. In 2019, Servillo moved to London, working at The Ivy Collection’s Harry's Dolce Vita in Knightsbridge. Servillo is committed to sourcing local vendors to showcase the fantastic tastes of that surround Loch Fyne. With a passion for whocasting the area, Servillo’s favourite dish is King Scallops.
