WHO ELSE HAS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION?
Third Party Service Providers working on behalf of The Daffodil Hotel & Spa include — Siteminder for online bookings, Opera as our PMS system, Gift Pro for online gift voucher sales and Guestfolio or Adestra for CRM and the creation of marketing e-newsletters.
We may pass your information to our third party service providers, their agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to process bookings, purchases or to send you e-newsletters). However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place with them that complies with our and their legal obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties beyond The Daffodil Hotel & Spa for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.

HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA STORED?
We store the data you provide to us on an ongoing basis relevant to the average length between stays and visits to The Daffodil Hotel & Spa. On an annual basis, we cleanse our marketing databases and remove data from our lists for the purposes of direct marketing that have not engaged with our marketing communication in any way during the previous two years.
